Unfortunately it’s too late to return, what a waste of money. Other than that, they are super soft and comfy, the straps too - they dont rub or irritate the foot at all, and they fit quite well -- just snug enough to hold the flip flop in place, but not at all too tight. cool checkered vans I would have liked a little more fullness out of the packaging but I think with some fluffing and hanging it upside down it will create volume.
